Some things you should know about me, in no particular order:
I am a complete weight lifting and nutrition nerd. If there is a certification or seminar that I think will drive results, I’m all over it. I’ll prove it. A partial list of my certifications is below.
I used to be fat. Getting ‘not fat’ may be the greatest thing I’ve ever done in my life. (except, of course, for marrying my wife. I love you honey.)
I walk the walk. I’m not going to tell you to eat kale for dinner while I’m out eating french fries. As far as I’m concerned, we’re in this together.
I am the Director of Training Operations at Peak Performance, the best gym in NYC and consistently voted one of the top 10 gyms in America.
No one is more dedicated to getting you the greatest health and body composition (ripped, toned, hyyoooge or whatever else you’re looking for) results than I am. It’s true. I checked everyone else’s websites.
I currently contribute to a weekly column for Men’s Fitness where I am also a feature writer. I’ve written for many other publications, websites and blogs including T-Nation, Blisstree, NYCBeauty, Greatist and many, many more. I am a coach for the Personal Trainer Development Center as well as being part of greatist.com’s Expert Network. I also do speaking events for corporations and fellow trainers on various nutrition and training topics.
The bottom line is, whether in-person or online I want to help you acheive the results you’ve always dreamed of getting. It’s pretty much what I get off on.
